Meet our Management team
Scott Brooker
Scott may be young at only 27 but having worked and learned in the business for 10 years and from our operations manager who has over 25 years experience he has a very in-depth knowledge of all of our services. Throughout the spring and summer he runs some of the live plant maintenance routes, however when autumn comes he changes roles and heads our teams installing holiday decorations.
Scott was born in the UK but moved to America at the age of 15 finishing his education at the Community School of Naples and Florida Gulf Coast University.
Outside of work Scott is a dedicated Soccer player scoring goals three evenings a week. He is as fit as a fiddle which helps with his hard work load.
Simon Brooker
After 37 years in business owning a variety of different companies, many in the service industry, Simon has learned..sometimes the hard way..exactly what has to be achieved to retain quality, efficiency and most of all client satisfaction. Quality of staff and full support from the management team are the key to success and by the longevity of our staff and our clients we seem to have got things right.
Simons role in the company is existing client liaison firstly followed by marketing and new client sales. 'We know what we can do well and we make sure that we do not promise anything outside of that parameter so that we can always exceed expectations'. 'That said, we do like the challenge of something different and are happy to take on complex projects'.
You will not always see Simon dressed smartly to meet new prospects as when the going gets tough he is the first to roll up his sleeves and work alongside his fellow work colleagues (better known to him as friends).
Outside of work Simon is a professional Musician with an interesting past scaled down these days for personal enjoyment, you can still see him perform occasionally with the touring Chicago Tribute band, Chicago Rewired who are based out of South Carolina and local band The Ex Bachelors.
James Bzoch
With over 25 years experience in the horticulture industry and an absolute passion for nature and gardens both at work and at home Jim is the ultimate in house knowledge for everything that grows in the ground.
Jim joined the company right from the beginning and his loyalty, flair and natural warm personality has made him a key member of the management team and someone admired, respected and loved by everyone.
He oversees all of the live plant services and works a route himself as to be honest sitting behind a desk just isn't his thing..
Outside work Jim is an ex pro golfer who's claim to fame is winning Americas longest drive competition many years ago. He doesn't play very often these days but when he does he is one of the most frustrating people to be up against as he still hits the ball miles and it seems to land just where he planned.....
Henry Peeples
All set to join us in August 2022, Henry brings with him a wealth of experience in team management and will enable us to expand our Holiday Decor services without losing the control we need over the teams.
We will tell you more about Henry when we find out more ..... That said we have known him for 8 - 9 years and this move was planned some time ago, he will be an excellent addition to our management team.
